Transfer of cookies to a third country/international organization:

The transfer of personal data from cookies may be carried out to third countries, such as the United States of America, in connection with the use of services from companies Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation a Meta Platforms, Inc. the transfer is ensured in accordance with Art. 45 (1) based on a decision of adequacy EU – U. S. What is the retention period:

The Controller processes personal data from cookies for a maximum period of 24 months from the date consent is given. Depending on the type of cookie, the duration of processing may vary, as specified in the tables above.

Profiling:

Based on your consent to marketing cookies, the Controller may use tools that process data (such as information about your activity on the website) to create user profiles. The purpose of this profiling is to better target advertising campaigns and display relevant content and offers to you. This processing does not constitute automated individual decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Obligation to provide personal data in the form of cookies:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.
